Gary Golding
Gary is general partner at Edison Venture Fund. He directs Edison’s regional investment team in McLean, Virginia. He focuses on investment opportunities in Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia. Gary also leads Edison's investments in communications and government information technology. Over his career Gary has served as the lead investor in multiple companies in the communications software industry which is heavily concentrated in New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. Gary is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial events and financing seminars. He currently serves on the Board of the Tech Council of Maryland. In 2002 the Association for Corporate Growth named him Deal Maker of the Year.
Phil Sweatman
Phil is the founder & CEO, ArX Mobile Inc. He is responsible for the strategic direction and market success of ArX Mobile, a leading text message mobile marketing company. Formerly CEO of Mobile 365, the market leader that pioneered text messaging in the United States that he grew from $3 to $50 million in less than 18 months. Formerly CEO of Triverity and IOMAI, CFO of Telogy Networks, a pioneer in the VoIP market, sold to TI for $673 million. Inventor and patent holder of US patent number 20070066328 for a Universal Short Code Administration Facility filed in 2003 and granted by the USPTO in 2007. Over $3.5 billion in financing and M&A transactions including one IPO. MBA Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and BS from the University of Denver.
Masoud Loghmani
Masoud is co-founder and has over 17 years of experience in Telecommunications system design and development. Masoud was previously the Chief Software Engineer for Digital Technics and has extensive experience designing complex software systems. Masoud holds multiple patents relating to the architecture and design of telecommunications networks and switches, with patents pending for VoiceXML (VXML) platform and application designs.
Michael Halley (CEO)
Michael joined LogicTree in September 2006 as the Chief Operating Officer following a leadership role in Global Product Strategy for the Commerce Group at VeriSign. Prior to this, Michael served as President & CEO for Sentori Billing which was acquired by MIND CTI. With nearly two decades of international business experience in leadership roles, Michael is proficient in five languages and is an expert in the information communications technology industry. His areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Business Development and Operations. During his tenure abroad, Michael established, then directed, the Management Consulting division for KMPG (presently BearingPoint) on Aruba, and served as acting-CEO of an incumbent communications provider in the Northern Caribbean. Educated formally in The Netherlands, Michael earned an MBA from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a bachelor’s degree in economic sociology from The Royal University of Utrecht.
Glen Kazerman
Glen is the currently Chief Executive Officer of Telarix, Inc. Glen is a senior professional with more than 23 years experience in the area of sales, marketing and business development, largely in technology and services industries. He has a proven record in sales, marketing and market development using strong business, entrepreneurial and technical skills. Glen has demonstrated success where performance resulted in successful initial public offerings and the sale and acquisition of several companies. Glen most recently was a senior vice president and founder of Broadmargin. Responsible for business development, marketing and corporate development, he founded and developed Broadmargin’s approach to the telecom cost management marketplace, including its unique flexible delivery platform.
Glen has extensive experience helping market-leading, fast-growing companies realize financial value and maximize telecom services to meet business goals. During his 23-year career in working with high growth companies, he has held sales, marketing and business development positions with Bitfone Corporation, Bay Networks, Kasten Chase and Mitel, he also began his career at Ernst & Young as a member of the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
