Alaska DOT

Florida DOT
The largest integration and services scope for a 511 system procured to date, Florida’s statewide system launched with the IVR receiving over 4.5 million calls in the first 18 months. Per independent study, the Florida 511 system is the highest utilized system per capita in the U.S. The Statewide 511 system won the 2009 Florida ITS Project of the Year Award.

South Carolina DOT
South Carolina’s 511 system is uniquely tailored to the end-user. Using a location based search the system can report incidents within near the caller’s location. This approach offers more accurate reporting of traffic information and a better user experience.

Wisconsin DOT
To overcome the unique hurdles of limited data coverage in Wisconsin, a custom solution was developed to provide statewide information.
