Gary Golding
Gary is general partner at Edison Venture Fund. He directs Edison’s regional investment team in McLean, Virginia. He focuses on investment opportunities in Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia. Gary also leads Edison's investments in communications and government information technology. Over his career Gary has served as the lead investor in multiple companies in the communications software industry which is heavily concentrated in New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. Gary is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial events and financing seminars. He currently serves on the Board of the Tech Council of Maryland. In 2002 the Association for Corporate Growth named him Deal Maker of the Year.
Masoud Loghmani
Masoud is co-founder and has over 17 years of experience in Telecommunications system design and development. Masoud was previously the Chief Software Engineer for Digital Technics and has extensive experience designing complex software systems. Masoud holds multiple patents relating to the architecture and design of telecommunications networks and switches, with patents pending for VoiceXML (VXML) platform and application designs.
Kathryn Munro
Kathryn serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for BridgeWest, LLC, a wireless technology investment firm. She brings to the board an array of experience and expertise, which includes her most recent service as the Chief Executive Officer, Southwest Banking Group for Bank of America Southwest region (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas). Ms. Munro serves on the corporate board of directors for Flow International, Inc., Sun Community Bancorp, Pinnacle West Corporation, and Tosco Corporation.
Jake Peters

Prior to Credit Suisse Jake was Managing Director and head of East Coast Corporate for Deutsche Bank Securities Technology Group from 1996 through 1998.

Phil has also served in a variety of senior financial, operational and business development roles at a number of venture-backed companies including Response Networks, Call Technologies, Telogy Networks and Relay Technology and a number of publicly-traded companies including MPACT Immedia, General Host and Computer Sciences Corporation.
