Rick Stuntz - CEO
Rick joined LogicTree in December 2004 as the Chief Operating Officer. In his career, Rick has been responsible for the financial, operational and contractual execution for mission-critical Internet access services and backbone data transport services used by thousands of businesses and accounting for approximately $1 Billion in annual revenues. With an extensive career in both Government and Commercial markets for BBN, GTE Internetworking and Genuity, Rick utilizes his knowledge of internet/private network products and services, consulting services and software and technology licensing to manage LogicTree’s operations. Rick is a graduate of Duke University, and completed a post-graduate Executive Education program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management
Michael Halley - COO
Michael Halley leads LogicTree’s worldwide Fulfillment and Client Care. He joined the company in September 2006 following a leadership role in Global Product Strategy for the Commerce Group at VeriSign. Prior to this, Michael served as President & CEO for Sentori Billing which was acquired by MIND CTI. With nearly two decades of international business experience in leadership roles, Michael is proficient in five languages and is an expert in the information communications technology industry. His areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Business Development and Operations. During his tenure abroad, Michael established, then directed, the Management Consulting division for KMPG (presently BearingPoint) on Aruba, and served as acting-CEO of an incumbent communications provider in the Northern Caribbean. Educated formally in The Netherlands, Michael earned an MBA from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a bachelor’s degree in economic sociology from The Royal University of Utrecht.
