VoxLinx™ Gateway is made up of two components:

Callers interact with customized, dedicated business process automation applications running on top of the VoxLinx™ Gateway platform. These applications interface with other systems as necessary to provide specific interactivity to callers. VoxLinx™ is speech-engine agnostic: it can support multiple speech technologies including L&H, Fonix, Nuance and Philips.
