VoxLinx™ Media Gateway Technology Overview

LogicTree, LLC’s VoxLinx™ Media Gateway is a VXML 2.0 compliant platform capable of handling all aspects of telephony call handling and automation of business processes. This integration eliminates the need for additional supporting paid services or hardware, resulting in substantial cost savings and faster implementation.

The core platform is software-based, and running on industry standard servers. This architecture is robust, scalable, protocol independent and is designed to meet the stringent requirements of service providers and mission critical enterprise applications.

Callers interact with customized, dedicated business process automation applications running on top of the VoxLinx™ Gateway platform. These applications interface with other systems as necessary to provide specific interactivity to callers.
